This includes fee due reminders before and after due dates, absence alerts when a member is marked absent, membership renewal reminders, custom announcements, and bulk messages. Messages are personalized with the member name, amount, and due date. WhatsApp has a 95% open rate in India, making it the most effective channel.
Yes. The announcement system lets you create and send messages to all members, specific batches, or custom member groups. Announcements can be delivered via WhatsApp, email, and displayed in the member portal. You can schedule announcements for future delivery.

Yes. Nxiora includes an automated onboarding drip campaign that sends a series of welcome and educational emails to new members over their first few weeks. This helps with engagement and reduces early churn. The drip campaign runs automatically via a daily cron job.
Yes. WhatsApp message templates and email templates can be customized to match your organization's tone and branding. You can modify the reminder schedule (days before and after due date), include your organization name, and add custom fields to messages.
Each member profile includes contact preferences — phone number for WhatsApp, email address, and emergency contact. The system sends notifications through the channels configured for each member. Members can update their preferences through the self-service portal.
Yes. For minor students, notifications (fee reminders, absence alerts, announcements) are sent to the parent or guardian phone number and email registered in the member profile. The parent receives all communications on behalf of the student.
Reports & Analytics
8 questions
Nxiora provides comprehensive reports across three categories: attendance reports (daily/weekly/monthly summaries, batch-wise, defaulter lists, trends), member reports (active/inactive/expired counts, enrollment trends, demographic breakdown), and financial reports (revenue by month, outstanding dues, collection rates, payment method breakdown, staff-wise collection). All reports can be exported to CSV or PDF.
Yes. All reports in Nxiora support CSV and PDF export. CSV exports can be opened in Excel or Google Sheets for further analysis. PDF exports are formatted for printing and sharing. The export function is available on every report page with a single click.
Yes. The revenue dashboard shows total collections by period (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly), outstanding dues and collection rate percentage, revenue breakdown by fee plan, payment method analysis (UPI, cash, card, cheque), month-over-month growth trends, and overdue amount by aging bucket (30, 60, 90+ days).
Yes. The dues report shows all members with outstanding balances, sorted by amount or days overdue. You can filter by batch, fee plan, or date range. From this report, you can send WhatsApp reminders in bulk to all members with overdue payments.
Yes. The member report shows enrollment trends over time — new members added per month, churned members, net growth, and active vs inactive ratios. This helps you understand growth patterns and identify seasonal trends in your business.
Nxiora provides standard report templates covering the most common needs. You can filter and sort all reports by date range, batch, fee plan, status, and other criteria. For Enterprise customers, custom report development is available through the dedicated account manager.
Yes. The Nxiora dashboard provides real-time widgets showing total active members, today's attendance count and percentage, pending fees amount, recent payments, upcoming renewals, and quick-action pills for common tasks. The dashboard is customized based on your business type and Domain Kit.
Yes. With multi-branch setup (Pro or Enterprise plan), you can view consolidated reports across all branches or filter by specific branch. Compare revenue, attendance rates, member counts, and other metrics across branches to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
Member Management
8 questions
Nxiora stores comprehensive member profiles including personal details (name, phone, email, address, date of birth, gender), photo with drag-and-drop upload, emergency contact, medical notes, custom fields, enrollment date, assigned batches, fee history, attendance records, and documents. You can search, filter, and sort members by any field.
Yes. Nxiora supports CSV bulk import. Export your existing data from Excel, Google Sheets, or any other system as a CSV file. The import wizard automatically maps your columns to Nxiora fields, handles 1,000+ records at once, and shows a preview before finalizing the import.
Yes. You can link family members (siblings, parent-child relationships) to a single household. This enables consolidated billing, family discounts, and grouped communication. Each family member still has their own individual profile and attendance record.
Yes. Nxiora supports custom fields that you can add to member profiles based on your business needs — blood group, allergies, T-shirt size, previous institution, referral source, or any information specific to your organization. Custom fields appear in the member form and are searchable.
Members (or parents) can log into a self-service portal using their registered email. The portal allows them to view their profile and update contact information, check attendance records, view fee balance and payment history, download invoices and receipts, make online payments via UPI or card, see class schedule and announcements, and view assigned homework or training plans.
Yes. When a member leaves, you can change their status to inactive or archived. Archived members are excluded from attendance, billing, and communication, but their historical data (payments, attendance records) is preserved for reporting purposes. You can reactivate an archived member if they return.
Yes. Each member profile supports a profile photo with drag-and-drop upload (stored securely on Cloudflare R2), and document uploads for ID proof, certificates, medical records, or any other files. Files are encrypted and accessible only to authorized staff.
Yes. Nxiora provides a powerful search with real-time filtering across member name, phone number, email, admission/registration number, batch, status, and any custom field. Search results update as you type (with 300ms debounce for performance). You can also click on any member row to see their full profile.
Scheduling & Batch Management
6 questions
Batches in Nxiora represent any group — a school class, gym group class, dance batch, coaching batch, etc. Each batch has a name, assigned instructor, room/venue, capacity limit, and a recurring schedule (days of the week and time slots). The visual calendar shows all batches, preventing conflicts. Members are enrolled in batches, and attendance is tracked per batch.
Yes. Each batch has batch schedules where you set recurring days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and time slots (6:00 AM - 7:00 AM). These schedules repeat weekly automatically. The calendar view displays all recurring sessions across all batches.
Yes. The scheduling system shows all batches in a visual calendar by room and time slot. If you try to schedule two batches in the same room at the same time, the calendar immediately highlights the conflict. Instructor schedules are also visible to prevent assigning a teacher to two classes simultaneously.
Yes. A member can be enrolled in multiple batches simultaneously — for example, a student in both Morning Math and Evening Physics, or a gym member in both HIIT and Yoga classes. Attendance, fees, and schedules are tracked independently per batch.
You can define holidays in the system (national holidays, organization-specific closures). On holidays, attendance is not expected, and the calendar shows the day as a holiday. You can manage holidays in bulk by uploading a holiday calendar at the start of the year.
Yes. Each batch has a configurable maximum capacity. The system shows the current enrollment count versus the limit. When a batch reaches capacity, new enrollments are prevented unless you increase the limit. This ensures optimal class sizes and venue utilization.

Nxiora costs INR 999/month, supports 12+ business types (not just gyms), includes UPI payments and WhatsApp reminders natively, offers a free plan, and is designed for the Indian market. Nxiora costs INR 999/month, supports gyms, yoga studios, CrossFit, and 10+ other business types, includes WhatsApp reminders and Razorpay/UPI payments, and provides GST-compliant invoicing. Mindbody costs $139+/month (INR 12,000+), charges extra for many features, and is designed for Western markets. Nxiora provides everything you need at a price that makes sense.
FitBudd is focused on personal trainers building their own branded mobile app. Nxiora is a comprehensive management platform for membership-based businesses — handling fees, attendance, scheduling, and communication for any business type. Fedena is an open-source school ERP that requires server hosting, technical setup, and ongoing IT maintenance. The enterprise version costs $500+. Nxiora is cloud-hosted (zero IT needed), costs INR 999/month for Pro, includes WhatsApp integration and UPI payments that Fedena lacks, and supports not just schools but also coaching centers and other education formats.
ClassManager costs $29+/month but lacks Indian-specific features — no UPI, no WhatsApp, no GST invoicing. Teachmint is a virtual classroom tool for online teaching (live classes, recorded lectures, assignments). For managing your physical center's operations, fees, and communication, Nxiora is the right choice.
Nxiora is built in India, for India, with lean operations and efficient technology. Western competitors like Mindbody ($139+/month) and GymMaster ($99+/month) price for Western markets with Western cost structures. Yes. Most organizations use 3-5 separate tools: a spreadsheet for members, a payment app for collections, WhatsApp for communication, a calendar for scheduling, and paper registers for attendance. Nxiora replaces all of these with a single integrated platform. This eliminates data silos, reduces manual work, and gives you a unified view of your business.
No. Most competitors focus on a single vertical — GymMaster for gyms, Fedena for schools, Mindbody for wellness. Nxiora is unique in supporting 12+ business types from a single platform with specialized Domain Kits for each. This makes it ideal for entrepreneurs who run multiple types of membership businesses.
